Had a very bad experience using this app. I go through the process, order and make payment but then I am called later to be told the delivery fee on the system is understated by 33% so I need to top up before my order can be delivered. If I knew the delivery was that high I probably would not have ordered. I was forced to do the top up because i had already made the earlier payment. This is FRAUD. And the payment process is also not seemless. The app should be taken down immediately.

Hi Bright, thanks for your feedback. The reason you were asked to top up was that we asked for a third party to deliver your food since our own delivery agents were busy at that time. We regret and apologize for the inconvenience.

This is not good, play store should not carry certain apps, it looks bad on play store it self. When I'm downloading an app from here I expect it to at least be functional, the "skip" and "done" buttons weren't functional couldn't even get past the very first page.

Worst experience ..... Made an order and after 5 hours of not hearing any info decided to call a number provided. Only to be told my order had not appeared in their system. I was asked to send a screenshot of my payment on wasap which i did. I was later called after a while and was informed my order had been found. I was later called again that one item i ordered had run out... It was soo frustrating
